Keep our customer's best interest at heart and never forget why we are here. Beauty and skincare is so overwhelming, we know it is. We've done the research, we've had times when we had to take a break, have some wine, not think about 'skincare' or what to 'feed' our bodies - let's go get some burgers instead! Self love isn't perfect, take a break - just don't quit - keep doing.

    We blaze the path for our team members to start a learning journey from day one! We empower our boss babes and provide them with the support and tools necessary to help them grow personally and professionally. We encourage feedback and plenty of time to reflect, which is also a big part of our Kulture.
